When my husband and I navigated our own health challenges, we dove deep into what true health meant. But the most significant shift in my understanding of wellness came through motherhood.
Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rebuilding my body changed everything. Health became less about looking a certain way and more about sustainability. I looked inward at root causes and began paying attention to how I took care of myself.
